How we measure impact

Evidence at every step.

The same reporting rhythm for every partner, whatever the project size.

01

Baseline

We record the starting point with the partner before work begins.

02

Field data

Attendance, distribution and session records are kept for every activity.

03

Evidence

Dated, geo-tagged photographs accompany every reported activity.

04

Quarterly updates

Progress on the agreed activities, shared every quarter.

05

Annual impact report

Results for the year, reported on their own and never added across years.

06

Utilisation & assessment

Utilisation certificate, and support for independent impact assessment where required.

Where we work

Rooted in Bajali and Barpeta.

Projects run where our teams and volunteers already work, so funds reach the ground quickly.

Bajali district

Our home base: Green Plate schools, Puhor kiln centres, coaching and flood response.

Barpeta district

Floating Libraries at Barpeta, Mandia and Chenga, and flood relief. Barpeta is one of NITI Aayog’s Aspirational Districts.

Across Assam

NearBlood grew from volunteer donors in Guwahati, Nalbari, Barpeta, Pathsala and Bongaigaon.
