Donation and refund policy

Donations are voluntary

All donations to Jan Briddhi Foundation are voluntary contributions towards our charitable work.

Refunds

We refund donations only when a payment was made twice by mistake, or for a wrong amount. Write to contact@janbriddhi.org.in within 7 days of the payment with the transaction details. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.

80G receipts

Donors who ask for an 80G receipt and give their PAN and address receive a donation receipt by email after payment. The certificate in Form 10BE is issued after we file Form 10BD for the financial year. A refunded donation's receipt and certificate are cancelled.

Anonymous donations

You can donate without giving your name. Anonymous donations do not receive an 80G receipt, because the Income Tax Department requires the donor's PAN.

One-time donations

All donations on this website are one-time payments processed by CCAvenue. We do not take recurring or monthly payments.
